The Practice

What is Tapping?

EFT — Emotional Freedom Techniques — combines focused attention on a specific stressor with gentle tapping on acupressure points on the face and body. The result is a measurable reduction in the physiological stress response.

How We Work

What Sessions Are Like

EFT sessions are not one-size-fits-all. While our nervous systems share common patterns, each person carries their own experiences, meanings, and internal responses. Every session unfolds differently, guided by what your system is ready to meet.

Before we begin, I often ask what an ideal resolution or outcome would feel like for you around the topic we're exploring. This isn't about forcing change — it's about honoring your capacity to imagine relief, clarity, or ease in your own way.

Throughout our work together, sessions move at a pace your nervous system can tolerate. You remain in control, and we follow what's present rather than a preset script.

I hold every client with unconditional positive regard. The responses you bring into the room are met with respect.

Who This Is For

An Invitation to Regulate
During Transition.

When our identity no longer defines where we are headed, EFT allows us to quiet the mental noise long enough to choose where we go from here, instead of recycling old patterns. From what was to what will be, EFT is the tool we use to step over that threshold as we heal the past and transform.

About Your Practitioner

Niki Evans
Certified EFT Practitioner

I came to EFT during a high-water mark of stress in my own life. During my divorce, I experienced firsthand how overwhelm can pull us out of clarity and into survival mode.

What changed for me wasn't becoming a different person. It was learning how to settle my nervous system enough for my thinking mind to come back online — not only to think clearly again, but creatively.

That experience shaped the way I work with clients today.

EFT is clinically proven to lower cortisol. It allows your nervous system to feel safe long enough for forward movement to return naturally. When that happens, goal setting is not about summoning willpower — it's about clarifying your intentions with the energy you now have access to.
